Don't know if it me, but find the MBR toilet smaller than the common toilet. Anyway decide to have a bigger area for bathing, so 'extend' the designated space further...

Demolition starts...

After weeks and weeks of waiting, 1st stage of renov is finally on the way.

Defects and screeding cleared, yipee!

Finally after weeks and weeks of persisting, the defects are all rectified and the cement screeding are done. Here are the pictures.

Delay, delay and more delay...

First my cement screeding application submitted on 14th Dec 2007 till date have not started. A month+ have pass, all i see is piles of sand, sitting there for who-know-where to start.

Secondly my renov permit was only half approved. Submit 3 items, 2 was given the nod. Seems they have problem reading everything put to them.

Time to chase, chase and chase...

Dream Kitchen

My hubby had been nagging me to post something on this blog. So here goes my "virgin" posting.

It had long been decided that I'll only take charge of the kitchen in the new flat's renovation. Of cos I'll take the chance to fulfil my childhood dream - to have my very own country style kitchen!

Knowing that there's space limitation, I have to forsake having an island in the middle of the kitchen. Anyway, here's some kitchens that I fancy:-
